The portions are all very big, this comes in support of the ideology behind the Cheesecake Factory. A certain feeling of a home-cooked meal with heartening portions, where you can eat as much as you want.

It is difficult to leave the Cheesecake Factory without leftovers. It is also comforting to know that where fine-dining is appreciated with its delicate portions and finesse in presentation, there is somebody out there who understands the deep appreciation of a heartwarming meal.

Whenever I have had the chance to visit a Cheesecake Factory outlet, I have always found it to be packed with happy noises coming from full stomachs, which I find reassuring.

It is not just the food that makes the Cheesecake factory so sought after, it is also the ambience that surrounds the place and the people. The ideology behind the creation itself, falls to the lovely Evelyn Overton who in Detroit, Michigan in 1940 decided to share her marvelous cheesecakes with everyone and made the world a better place to live in.
